Detailed Hole Description
In the A position, this hole is straightforward but also unique. The basket is on an “island” surrounded by a hazard “moat.” In the other two positions, you have choices, as shown on the map. The direct routes are far shorter, but it doesn’t take much of a miss to find some truly gnarly rough.
Tips for Playing the Hole
Beginner/Novice Tip
Throw well to the right, toward the hazard island, and try to keep it low. You’ll be able to see the other two possible basket positions from the A position.
Advanced Player Tip
The teesign doesn’t show it, but a flex line on the more direct route through the gap in the tall, skinny acacia trees can get you close to the B position- assuming you have the uphill power. Overhead throws are not advised as thick rough is everywhere on this hole.
